Online Car Games

Online car games are becoming more and more popular. It is true that many people play car games online through gaming consoles such as the Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3.

A large majority of people believe that car games are easier and more enjoyable to play on a console compared to a PC. There is however still a loyal crowd devoted to playing online car games on their home computer.

All of the above three games are sequels to highly successful games. Colin McRae in particular has been around for a long time and DIRT is the latest (actually the sixth) version of this fantastic rally car game. It is thought to be the most realistic car simulator game, particularly in the rally field.

Colin McRae: DIRT
Multiplayer mode of DIRT involves players being pitted against each other for a race. You can choose from a variety of tracks and cars. In the single player game there are 46 different cars however these may not all be available in multiplayer at all times.

Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights
Juiced 2 is the follow up to Juiced and is currently in production. The first Juiced was very popular and this sequel is bound to be no exception.

With the online play it is rumored that there will be over 300 brands of clothing to pick from. That means no one will EVER look the same!

There are so many cars in Juiced 2, it really will be mind boggling choosing which to race with in online play. Just a small example includes:

Need for Speed Underground 2
The Need for Speed Underground car games have always been incredibly successful. NFSU2 is available on almost all platforms including GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance and Windows.

It is a street racing game and as such contains cars that are often found on real streets in countries like the USA and Japan.

Need for Speed Underground 2 can be played online with the PS2. There used to be an online version for Xbox however this has been closed down by the developers, EA.
