Age of Camelot Review

Offering a twist of fantasy, the Dark Age of Camelot is highly popular amongst the multiplayer online gaming crowd. The exciting expansions released for Dark Age of Camelot include:

New Frontiers
Catacombs
Shrouded Isles
Foundations
Darkness Rising
Labyrinth of the Minotaur
Trials of Atlantis

With each expansion of the game, a fresh storyline unfolds, which makes sure that a player will never tire of the game. There is always something new to venture into or become a part of.

To make money in the game, coins accumulate when one creates and sells items. This is referred to as DaoC. Coins are also made when battling enemies (known as PvE).

The majority of players create guilds that permit groups to work with one another – fighting under a shared name and icon.

Characters
It is the classes and races of the game that determines characters. It is up to the players to decide on what Tradeskills they wish to excel in. Through Tradeskills, items are created for yourself, your guild, or are sold to other players. Optional Tradeskills include mastering the art of alchemy, spellcraft, fletching, making weapons and/or armor, as well as tailoring.

Housing
Each realm offers housing zones, where no combat is allowed. For each account, a character is only allowed the purchase of one house when they have gathered enough coin.

I just can’t get enough of Dark Age of Camelot, as it is one of my favorite MMORPG’s. I always tell people to try it out, and beware of becoming completely hooked.
